Justice can bring hope back to animals. A man in England who pretended to run an animal charity has been sentenced to five years in prison and banned for life from owning animals . He convinced people to hand over their dogs, often paying him to help find the animals new homes. Many believed they were giving their companions a second chance. Investigators later discovered the animals were being neglected and left to suffer. Dogs and a cat were found living in terrible conditions….
